The AeroHP and Rite-Way team are constantly looking for ways to add value to the aviation community. We believe that more oversight and regular maintenance can greatly improve the safety of flight while mitigating the magnitude of surprise maintenance events.

AeroCare was created with these influences in mind: a program designed to incentivize members to participate in more proactive maintenance. Pay a monthly fee based on predictable expenses, receive more regular touchpoints, reduce costs and ultimately keep aircraft safer.

Yes. Members receive a list of approved services at enrollment, and surplus balances may be applied toward those services - including eligible upgrades - at Rite-Way Aviation.

As a business that collects revenue for services, it's important to clarify expectations explicitly, in writing. We aim to be extremely transparent with messaging and marketing, to prevent misleading prospective clients. So, in our messaging and marketing, we must specify that certain services must be approved or eligible, according to AeroCare terms and conditions.

AeroCare members receive a list of all approved and eligible services prior to enrollment.

Enrollment in AeroCare does not prevent you from receiving maintenance and services at other facilities. However, third-party maintenance charges are not eligible for payment using prepaid credits. In other words, any balance accrued in your AeroCare account is only applicable at Rite-Way Aviation.

To protect customers from losing their AeroCare funds, balances carry forward year over year and can be transferred if aircraft ownership is transferred.

Program payments are non-refundable; credits continue to carry forward.

AeroCare Base is included after annual inspection at Rite-Way Aviation. Pricing for Ace and Skybox is unique to each aircraft and determined by connecting with a Maintenance Pro. AeroCare is billed monthly, or annually (at a discounted rate).
